Our 1st time ordering from Cravn's...and we definitely will again! We had the Oxtails dinner w/ 2 sides. I had the Mac & cheese and yams, my husband had collards and rice and peas. We shared sides on the 2 plates to get a taste of everything, and nothing disappoited. The plates are PLENTIFUL, we feasted off of them 2 meals. I love the cut of the oxtails, very meaty. The plates we received were definitely worth the price we paid for them, and we're glad to pay it again when we have a desire for oxtails. The prep time was extremely fast, the pickup was quick and easy.

So, I was very surprised that it’s 6 restaurants in the locations, but I respect the professional hustle. The food was good! The portions was great, it exceeded my expectations. The owner was very nice when I asked several questions (it was extremely busy) I would recommend ordering before getting there, the wait was an hour. He got my food out in 35-40 minutes. The parking is terrible and the eating section is nothing fancy, but I’ll definitely support because it was clean and the food was good. The oxtails was delicious. The greens a bit salty, but they brought the heat w/ turkey(tender & favorable) meat! The chicken was tender. Cheesy Mac & Cheese!

This spot is definitely worth the try. The menu is vast with a lot of customization at hand. I decided to get the Oxtail Fried Rice w/ Snapper Bites and a side of “Boom Boom” sauce — First off, the portions are very generous for a Jamaican spot and I’m from NYC. Second, this is the first time I’ve had Oxtail Fried Rice – BANGER! The snapper bites were fried very well and had a good seasoning. My girlfriend decided on the jerk chicken and she was thoroughly pleased. She enjoyed the rice and peas along with the Smokey/grilled essence you expect with jerk chicken.

I’ll be the first to admit, I absolutely hate and despise the whole ghost kitchen concept lol. I’m more of a regular, sit down restaurant type of gal so I never made it over here until I finally kept seeing so many reviews abt this place I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I got the oxtail sandwich with fries, and my word it was AMAZING! So flavorful, juicy and filling. Meat was extremely tender. They can definitely show some of these other restaurants how to make some good and tender oxtails because these were the best I’ve ever had. It definitely left me “Crav’n” for more!

I got the Oxtail Cheesesteak and Mac N Cheese, Let me just say after working out almost everyday in 2024, losing over 60 pounds, and denying myself of tasty food, I was more than ready to delight my tastebuds!! This place did not disappoint. The cheesesteak was so flavorful, so tender, and the bread was so warm and soft. I enjoyed every single bite! The Mac N cheese was cheesy! It was delicious and top tier , some of the best I have ever eaten. I ordered and paid for my food on a kiosk. My food was delivered with a smile. Do yourself a favor and delight your tastebuds.

I’ve been following Crav’n Caribbean for years and finally made it to Charlotte to try! I ordered on the website for pickup which took about 20-25 minutes. The restaurant is located in a shared community kitchen. You have the option to order at the location or online. Once I arrived, it took about 15 minutes for to bring it out and it was piping hot! Got back home and was able to try everything. I had the oxtails, white rice, mac and cheese and collard greens. The amount of food they provide for the price is completely worth it. The oxtails have a bit of a kick to it which I loved, very tender and seasoned well. The mac and cheese was cheesy and the collard greens with turkey was “chefs kiss”! OMG it did not disappoint!! 10/10 - today recommend. Do yourself a favor and try if you are in the Charlotte/Greensboro area.

I’m from up north, and I know some of yall hate us down here, but let’s just say we know a thing or two about Caribbean food. I have been dying since I moved to find a decent oxtail place. I settled for decent because, the options in Charlotte were trash. Well that was until I stumbled upon this place. Not only was the oxtails perfectly seasoned, but they were tender, meaty, and the portion sizes did not hold back. The sides were the best and made an already amazing meal that much better! I will definitely return to try the other options.
